Queen of Versailles

For those of you that have never seen the documentary “Queen of Versailles” you are truly missing out. After watching this movie 3 times, I have to tell you… so many lessons were learned. I will not give it away, but trust and believe, the fall from grace can be a long and painful ride. Basically the movie start’s out as a documentary detailing the lifestyle of mega rich billionaire David Siegel and his Beauty queen wife Jackie.

We have to do so much better...

Ok... We have all been in situations similar to this "Married to Medicine" scene. I have definitely had words with women in the past. Whether over a misunderstanding or hurt feelings, for one reason or another we just could not see eye to eye. The beauty of reality TV is the ability to see a scenario play all the way out and clearly see exactly where it went wrong. In the following clip two women married to affluent Doctors, let their emotions get the best of them and got physical at an event in honor of their husbands. Unless you have a camera crew following you day and night, you will never get a chance to see yourself through the worlds eyes.

Black excellence, opulence, decadence

Please let this be true!!! There's a new rumor that there will be a black cast member added to the next season of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

Baroness Monica Von Neumann

You don't even understand my joy and excitement... I feel a fire shut up in my bones! These emotions are just... just...

This HAS to happen!

The Gossip Game

Are you checking for The Gossip Game? I swear VH1 has the market on lock when it comes to women acting a pure fool on TV. With that being said... I'll give it a few episodes to see what they talk'n 'bout.

Is media ruining relationships?

What's your relationship status? Making your life public is a choice we now have. Remember when the only people who knew your relationship or home status were close friends and family? Now with the help of social media along with so much public information. Now, any and everybody can have an opinion on your life.

With the boom of social media, it seems as though everyone feels entitled to know the inner workings of private relationships. We now have access to people and things that we never had before. With all of the technological advances in the world, I believe we lost a sense of privacy. The standard that we used to hold only public figures to... We now tend to look at our “Facebook, Instagram or twitter” friends with that same judgmental eye.

Relationships are hard even behind closed doors away from public opinion. Putting the stress of public scrutiny can render any relationship irreparable. The fact of the matter is... everyone has skeletons; everyone deserves to have some privacy. No one is entitled to know everything about your life. Just because you question something, does not mean you deserve to have an answer.

In all honesty, it’s up to you and your family on what you decide to make public… No one has to live your life but you!

My prayers go out to the Stewart family.
